At Your Reformer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your pilates equipment and accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition and securely repacked in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at a designated carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger reformer units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
